We monitor the progress of all solicitations, send reminders to committee members, and create progress reports for your staff, ensuring that all active solicitors and staff have up- to- the- minute information on all outstanding solicitations.

Total Event Management
Our event management team handles every logistical detail, freeing you and your staff to focus on critical tasks both before and during the event. We supervise the design of the invitation and other printed materials, organize mailings, manage the program and entertainment, negotiate with the venue, and create a minute-by-minute schedule for the day of the event.

We also handle the ticketing, seating, and registration process, working in close coordination with your staff to ensure that each guest is seated appropriately with the professional attention they deserve.  We also supervise outside contractors, such as caterers, graphic designers, entertainers and printers

Virtual Benefit Office
Think of us as your virtual benefit office. We will build a custom front office for your event, with dedicated telephone and fax numbers, website, and e-mail address. Our staff responds to all inquiries from donors, committee members, and the general public, ensuring that pledges, contributions, and ticket sales are professionally handled in a timely manner.
